Sealcoating Project Updated Schedule & Parking Requirements
Project Details
Dear Residents,
We are pleased to announce that our parking lot sealcoating project will begin this Friday. This important maintenance work will help protect our parking surfaces and keep the community looking its best.
To ensure the vendor can complete the work properly, safely, and efficiently, all vehicles must be removed from the designated section before work begins. Please review the schedule and requirements below carefully and plan ahead.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — VEHICLES MUST BE MOVED
Please take this requirement seriously.
Any vehicle remaining in the designated work area can prevent the vendor from properly completing the sealcoating. Residents are responsible for moving their vehicles according to the schedule above.
Additionally, please remove your vehicle as advised to avoid accidental towing or other complications during the project. We want to avoid any inconvenience to residents, so please plan ahead and make arrangements to have your vehicle moved before the vendor arrives.
Do not wait until the crew is already on-site to move your vehicle. Please have it relocated before 8:00 AM on your scheduled day.
Instructions and Schedule
🔵 SECTION 1 — THIS FRIDAY 8/14
Work begins approximately between 8:00 AM–9:00 AM
Section 1 is the blue-marked area on the attached map.
- ALL vehicles parked in Section 1 must be removed before the vendor begins work.
- Please move your vehicle before 8:00 AM to avoid delays.
- Vehicles must remain out of the section while the sealcoating work is underway.
- Residents may return their vehicles to their usual parking spaces in the afternoon, once the work has been completed and the area is open for parking.
- Please do not return to the area until the work has been completed and the section is cleared.
🔴 SECTION 2 — NEXT MONDAY 8/17
Work begins approximately between 8:00 AM–9:00 AM
Section 2 is the red-marked area on the attached map.
The same rules apply:
ALL vehicles must be removed before the vendor begins work. Residents may return to their regular parking spaces in the afternoon after the work has been completed and the section has been cleared for parking.
🟡 SECTION 3 — NEXT TUESDAY 8/18
Work begins approximately between 8:00 AM–9:00 AM
Section 3 is the yellow-marked area on the attached map.
Again, ALL vehicles must be removed before work begins. Residents may return their vehicles to their normal parking spaces in the afternoon once the sealcoating work is completed and the area has been cleared.
